Why not make a donation to ADES instead of sending cards or gifts to your customers for Christmas?

In-kind contributions, such as office-equipment, information technology, furnishing of kids’ corners, etc., are also most welcome and can help.

ADES powers Madagascar. Solar energy in Madagascar is plentiful, and it’s free. ADES produces solar cookers on site and has an efficient network to distribute them. The use of solar cookers does not only save the forests, it creates employment, too.

Families who use solar cookers save money - money that can be spent on food and other important expenses. And thanks to smoke-free cooking the health of every member of the family is protected.

Production costs of one solar cooker  amount to CHF 190.-, a prohibitive investment for an average Malagasy family. The price of CHF 40.-, however, is affordable. Thanks to donations ADES can make up the difference.

A donation of CHF 1’500.- helps ten families to buy a solar cooker. CHF 3’000.- help twenty families, and a donation of CHF 7’500.- can practically equip a whole village with solar cookers.
