The protection of personal data is a major concern of ADES. Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection regulations of the Confederation and the cantons (Data Protection Act, DPA), as well as the regulations of ZEWO, every person has a right to the protection of his privacy and to the protection against misuse of his personal data. This applies above all to the right of those affected to obtain information.

We therefore treat your personal data strictly confidential and do not sell them to third parties nor do we pass them on in any other way.

Responsibilities

Data protection is a matter for all ADES employees and the data protection guidelines are part of the personnel regulations and thus part of the employment contract. Data protection measures, and in particular requests for information from affected parties, are coordinated by our office. When working with third parties, compliance with the privacy policy is always required.

Routine deletion and blocking of personal data

The controller shall process and store the personal data of the data subject only for the time necessary to achieve the data retention purpose or to the extent provided for by the European regulator or other legislator in laws or regulations to which the controller is subject.

If the storage purpose ceases to apply or if a storage period prescribed by the European Directive and Regulation Giver or another competent legislator expires, the personal data is routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Rights of the data subject

a) Right to confirmation
Every data subject shall have the right granted by the European legislator of directives and regulations to require the controller to confirm whether personal data concerning him/her are being processed. If a person concerned wishes to make use of this right of confirmation, he can contact an ADES employee at any time.

b) Right to information
Any person concerned by the processing of personal data shall have the right granted by the European legislator of directives and regulations to obtain, at any time and free of charge, from the controller, information relating to the personal data held about him or her.
