  • MORAMORA Madagascar
The new board game is another creation of Renate Matthews to support ADES.
MORAMORA (pronounced Muramura) is a Malagasy expression meaning „always with calm “, which virtually is a good recommendation for this board game as your trip around the island Madagascar doesn’t always go according to the plan.

This exciting board game, which can be played by kids as young as 7, is played in teams of two and allows to develop strategies and help each other.

The board of the game MORAMORA is a huge puzzle which is big enough to play with up to 8 players. It comes in a wooden box along with the 100 photo cards and 32 pieces and the game instructions are available in German, Italian, French, English and Malagasy.

The authors and sponsors of the game (ADES Suisse-Madagascar, Masoala rain forest at the Zoo of Zurich and Priori-Reisen) agreed to invest the achieved net profit in moramora board games in Madagascar.

ADES Suisse-Madagascar will also use moramora board games to train teachers and students in southern Madagascar on issues such as solar cooking, alimentation, environmental protection, deforestation and CO2-reduction.

The moramora board game is sold for 55 Swiss Francs (plus shipping fee) and available on the Internet (www.moramoramada.ch) or at the Masoala Shop at the Zoo of Zurich.

For another 30 Swiss Francs you can sponsor a moramora game (without wooden box) for an education project in Madagascar.
